If I am financed by Pôle Emploi do I still get paid?

You are a job seeker and receive unemployment benefits (ARE or ASP). As a general rule, these benefits will continue to be paid to you during your training period.

You are compensated during your training if



you start your training, outside of the PPAE, within the framework of a total or partial financing via your Personal Training Account (CPF);
you start your training as part of a personalized employment access project (PPAE) that you have developed with your employment advisor.

In these two situations, you will receive the Allocation d'aide au retour à l'emploi Formation (ARE Formation) which is calculated on the same basis as when you were not in training.


To train, you can benefit from additional assistance if



Under certain conditions, in order to help you follow your training, Pôle emploi can finance :

mobility assistance to cover your travel and meal expenses
childcare assistance for single parents (AGEPI) if you are raising one or more children under the age of 10 on your own.
